The lure

Changed the bird feeder today to see if I got a change of bird. Got a lot more beautiful blue tits but I did those yesterday so I cam up with this one. I have four birds i mind I wish to capture over this next few months but they are being very elusive, you'll know when I manage because you'll hear the cheering in NZ.

Dont know what kind of bird this is, can anyone enlighten me.
