Get Growing! Onions

I am currently working with three local schools, building raised beds to grow vegetables with the school children.

The children were so enthusiastic just planting seed so I'm not sure what they will be like tomorrow when they see how much the seeds have grown.

We have been looking at all the different varieties of vegetables you can grow and the different names they have. One of the girls thinks we should give each onion we grow its own name! Why I'm not sure.

Looking at the amount of onion seeds that have germinated tomorrow may be a long day if we have to name them all!!!!

Any appropriate names for onions would be most appreciated! LoL
