Plodging

I always know when this lady dog walker is on the beach because there's a vintage pushchair tethered to the railings at the top of the steps leading down to the rocks. She has 2 dogs, this chap and an 'old gentleman' who is pottering out-of-shot further up the beach.....I'm guessing he's the one who gets to ride home in state in the pushchair!

btw 'plodging' is a local word for something you do between paddling and wading......another lovely word, very descriptive I've always thought
