A thousand new paths

Sherlock Holmes pub

Here is a rather wet and a little cold Trafalgar Square, London. You can see Nelson's column and Big Ben in the background. A good grockle shot! I took this picture from the National gallery where I was waiting for G. We went to the Sherlock Holmes pub which is just off Trafalgar Square. Clearly a tourist destination but I had a really rather good veggie toad in the hole in their upstairs restaurant. There is a kind of spooky room up there set up to be Holmes' study.
Not much to report at work today. I went up to the Mill (media centre) to work with some colleagues.

The difficulty lies not so much in developing new ideas as in escaping from the old ones. John Maynard Keynes
