Sad day....

Kayleigh, our family dog died today.

Steve told me when I got home. Weird moment as I came on going on about this and that and then he asked me to sit down.

She was getting so old and had trouble standing- logically it all makes sense but being logical doesn't stop my heart from breaking. I don't have a picture of her today to blip and have one in print of her and Jack side by side which I am now intending to frame. I miss them both.
