Preparation

My sister and her fiancee are coming round for their tea tonight. We are cooking chicken bhuna (thanks to Melly for showing us the recipe!).

I train in the gym Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, so on Tues & Thurs I love to cook something nice for tea. I finished work at 4 and came straight home. Everything is chopped, peeled and diced.

Chunk has just got home, so he has now took over whilst I have a nice long shower. (Need to get garlic and chilli smell off my hands!
