building houses

These construction workers are building a new house in my neigbourhood. As I stood in my backyard (smoking a sigaret) I could see them putting the roof on. The segments of the roof are pulled up by a crane and when it's in position the workers pull it apart so you get the pointed roofshape. (Just like the V but than upside down). They just put it (with some help of te crane) into place. Connect it to the other part and voilá: another meter of roof ready. Have to admit I'm not afraid of hights but this wouldn't be a job for me. I'm getting more and more glad that my job is behind a desk!
