... just look at this pic. Ewwwwwwwwwwww, yuk - peeling the polystyrene tiles off the ceiling of new house only to find another layer underneath and YUK how nicotine stained is the original layer (YUK YUK YUK!!).

It's going to be a lot of work to get the house straight, but will be worth it in the end.
