Cherry blossoms mean fresh starts to the Japanese: new school year, new work year, school entrance ceremonies, new work places.
So why not a fresh shiny new blip journal?
Today we went to Kintaikyo Bridge in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture for a hanami (cherry blossom viewing) picnic - along with half the rest of the world.
Lovely day. First sunburn of the year, and 566 photos taken. This one a day thing is not going to be easy.
