Back to the Basics
I've been doing the workout video series, P90X, for about 78 days now. I think it's kick-started my fitness level but it hasn't exactly stripped me of the "layers" I was hoping for. While I am convinced I have lots of new, chisled muscles I am also certain they are hidden underneath about 3" of "other" stuff. So.... it's back to the basics for me. I'm going to finish my 90 days, certainly, but I am going to ease back into jogging several miles a week by bringing my running shoes (and Nike + and iPod) to work and using my lunch as a training session. I started today with a couple miles. Not bad....
