3D Sketchbook

J9 was in her studio again today wrestling with a big piece she is preparing. So before i gave her a lift home i crashed on the sofa for a while.

It gets some great afternoon light in there and I love seeing all her smaller stuff, test pieces and maquettes she has on the windowsill. Its the way she tends to work, a few rough sketches then grabs a piece of clay.

Its great to watch J9 work, its like seeing her thought processes coming out, sketching with her hands.
