My beautiful daughter at lunchtime

I found out this afternoon that a business friend of mine passed away at the weekend. Its times like this when you appreciate what you have.

Matt picked me up at lunchtime and we spent an hour or so having lunch with the family (Matt, Rachel, Trina, Ray & Kids). I could have easily said no, i'm too busy - but I am pleased that I said yes. It was a great break from the office and we should do it more often.
