Disaster

We were meant to be tiling J's parent?s bathroom, it started OK but it was ultimately a disaster at the end.

First step was to lay the plywood over the toilet floor as they had squeaky floorboards. I managed to cut the wood ok, everything fitted. Next step was to screw down the wood; we managed to screw down 90% of the wood but then disaster hit. One of the screws on the last piece of wood to screw down hit a pipe that was leading up to the sink so hot water was spurting out from the hole we made on the floorboard. J's brother went downstairs to locate the cut of water mains switch and we found out that water was also leaking from the Kitchen ceiling...

I think I've said enough about how bad today was. The rest of the night was spent trying to get someone out to look at the problem on Easter Sunday...
