We have a small, young lemon tree, only about 6 ft. tall. This year it only produced 3 lemons, which I've been saving for only the best recipes - the first went into a lemon poppyseed cake and the second to my homemade orange marmalade. Now there's one lemon left and it's needing to be picked, only I'm so stressed at finding the perfect reason to pick it! Any ideas?
