Time out

Today is Museum District Day in Houston, when the many museums in the neighbourhood open their doors free of charge. As a result, of course, the traffic is awful, there are more pedestrians than I have ever seen on these streets, and this museum cafe is doing great business. This shot is peeking down from street level at the few willing to venture outside the air conditioning and enjoy the sunken patio.
