Baku traffic.

It's 1:40pm, on a Saturday, there's no reason for a traffic jam, but this is Baku and there is one. Probably because someone has tripled parked their car, leaving the indicator lights flashing while they go do something else. Or perhaps because someone is trying to drive the wrong way down a one way street. Or maybe because someone important is coming through and the police have closed the roads, or all of the above with some roadworks too. Who knows, but the people waiting in this jam were suprisingly patient and weren't sounding their horns. I took photos to pass the time.
