A bike ride in the country.

We have had a lovely day today. We cycled to Blisworth and met up with the Blisworth Searchers at Candle Bridge on the Grand Union Canal. Laiden with sandwiches, cakes, crisps and bottles of water we headed off to find a few caches, enjoy the sunshine and a bit of exercise.

We stopped at Blisworth Marina to have some lunch just as Rachel got a puncture! Matt picked her up and we carried on for a few more hours. Just as we got back to Blisworth I got a puncture as well!!

Next time I will have a spare inner tube with me!
