Fog comes up from the sewers and glows in the dark

Normally, I don't look out my window when I wake up in the morning but today I did. I could only see a pine tree, some grass, and complete whiteness. It made me feel like I woke up in another world--I like that. It's amazing. After stepping outside and looked around, I tried to snap more photos of the eerie, dense fog--especially with the events that followed the rest of the day.
