HR Issue...

I came back from lunch 20 mins early to find my stationary support team having an impromptu ?team meeting?. Now I hope im not being paranoid here but why did they hold it behind my back, why wasn?t I invited, and why can?t Mr Tippex look at me in the eye? Is there unrest in the ranks?

As their departmental manager I feel that I need to confront this head on, should I find the instigator within the team and challenge them to come out with it? If there are any HR advisors there can they let me know what my options are.

I don?t want to discipline anyone but Mr scissors has been given me some awful cutting looks recently???
