Jelly

The weather in Florida last month was very much on the cold side. As a result the strawberry crop arrived late on the market. The weather in California, on the other hand, had been perfect for strawberries and they have also landed on the store shelves. The result of this abundant supply is low prices and high quality.
Bum foot or not, Missy Ann was not about to let this opportunity pass by so we spent part of this afternoon making Strawberry Jelly.
