Bath weekend - day 2 blip

Well, day two was also a great day. We have been so lucky with the weather, but Lisa got sun burnt and everyone else certainly left with a bit more colour in their cheeks!

We spent the day in Bath and left the two grumpy old men (Matt & Mo) and the caravan so they could watch the TV! (Typical). Julia & Richard spent the day in all sorts of places, & John and Donna spent their day in the pub drinking scrumpy! (very jealous!!).

Our little group spent the time searching for geocaches around Bath, thinking it would be a cheap way to entertain the kids and see some of Bath at the same time. The kids got bored as we were trying to answer a puzzle cache and we walked miles and miles (up very steep hills!) and saw lots of old buildings - um! Oh well, they let off steam and had ice-creams at the park and then tried out Tim's Uni-Cycle and Pogo Stick later back at the camp.

Meg, Chris & I took Poppy for a 4 mile hike across some fab scenery later for about 2hrs and sound ourselves some really good caches - result! We nearly got eaten by a 3 legged sheep - but thats a whole different story.

Evening - more wine, more beer, fire on, electric blanket warmed up and great conversation whilst singing to Take That. Perfect.
