Sigh...

It isn't the drawers themselves, more the on-going experience. Every day. Half an hour after they / you last tidied it. When you walk in with clean washing to put away and you have the choice between stuffing the carefully folded laundry into balls to try and squeeze it into the drawers and running away or emptying it out again and bringing order to the mutating t-shirts and pants. It is the chaos scratching perpetually at the periphary of daily life.

It isn't much of a proper Room 101, I mean I don't actually scream with terror when I walk into the boys bedroom, more sigh with deep despondancy.

My 25 year old self would be quite horrified to think that laundry took up so much space in my head!
