In terms of Room 101, it doesn't get worse than this: the CBR. Americans know it as the DMV, I don't know what it's called in Britain.

Anyway, as someone who had to take multiple attempts on his driving test, I feel all bad just passing the building. Especially the waiting, which these poor souls are doing. The waiting room inside is terrible, it looks like it hasn't changed since the 80s. It smells of cigarette smoke, even though smoking has been banned inside public buildings for years now. There's a small cafeteria that sells really crappy food. The radio is playing golden oldies. And did I mention the stress? Gahh!

Oh, and the girl on the left was done with the test, and was waiting for her ride. Cursing in the telephone on how unfair she was treated.
