Somethings I just don't understand.

Why do people go for a walk in a beautiful area of the countryside, pick up their dogs crap in a plastic bag and then throw the bag on the floor?? Whilst I hate people who leave dog crap lying around I have to say that in this case it would cause less damage to the environment if they didn't bag it up but just used a stick to push it under a bush where no one will stand on it.

Better still they should just take it to a proper bin.
