Antidote to space dust

Today's supper had to be something comforting. I spent much time trying to help out my sister who was trying to get home from Syria with her family, stranded after the Icelandic volcano erupted. In Istanbul today, they've a gruelling night bus trip to Greece, catch a ferry to Italy tomorrow night and train back to the UK (hopefully) soon after.

Goodness knows how tired and drained she must feel.
