TONIGHTS STORM

The sky was lighting up all over tonight while driving home from work.
Time to get the camera and find a high hill with no lights, it meant walking about 500 metres.
Played with the settings, fiddled with the timing just took a heap of shots but most of the lightning was now sheet and only lit up a cloud here and there.
Started home and met another couple in the dark also trying their luck with their camera.
Showed them what I took, and was very surprised to find this one, I must have been packing up my gear during this exposure.
Got back to my car just as the heavens opened up.
The other couple had an umbrella, but the down poor was so sudden and so heavy, they would have got drenched, hopefully they kept their camera dry.
