Democracy?

Thanks to the wonderful combination of First Passed the Post and living in a constituency where "putting a blue rosette on a donkey would result in a Tory MP being returned", my individual vote is statistically equivalent to 0.097% of a vote. Roll on polling day, where it is highly likely that at least 52% of the votes cast in the constituency will be discarded as they won't be for the winner!

Oh to live in a marginal!
