Pudding and syn

Ah, the weekend.

It's been a half-filled glass sort of week.

I've not been to the gym due to the "Up-slip" problem, but after Wed I hope to be sorted by the physio and get back on track.

For "like minded people", I give you the pudding and syn toast.
