Ricotta Day

I spotted a blip this week of a great-looking stack of pancakes, and asked for the recipe. Finally got round to cooking them up this morning. Lemon, ricotta and honey, very tasty. Should have cooked more though, and my presentation and photo aint as good as the original.

More geeking in the afternoon, fiddling around with my N900 Blipfoto uploader, and trying to get an old laptop upgraded to no avail.

More above-zero-effort cooking for dinner too. Twice in one day, oh boy. Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni. Yes, more ricotta. Didn't quite think that one through.
