Lazy Afternoon

After bringing home the new kitchen faucet (see A Sinking Feeling), I've been waiting for the inevitable to happen. It happened. C decided it wasn't too big for our kitchen and gave me permission to install it, so I spent the afternoon lounging around on an old dog bed under the sink. It wasn't as comfortable as it looks -- not that it looks very comfortable.

I finished the job in time for a quick sandwich before going to play in the Monday night pickleball league. The faucet is looming over the sink all shiny and clean, and C is happy. It pays to keep the chef happy.
