Granny, Clementine, Kindle, and Nikes

Granny, Clementine, Kindle, and Nikes... It sounds sort of like a lawfirm.

I was assembling the things that I needed to take with me when I left the house this morning... When I spotted it, I thought it was a nice little still life. I didn't rearrange it or mess with it... I just stood over and composed a shot. It has some really stunning color there.

This still life represents me well, as of late, as I try to bring some healthiness into my life. So in a way, this is my self portrait for this moment in time.
