My Paint Box

I'll pass on the lovely sunny outside kingdom and show my beloved paint box today. It once belonged to another artist years ago in Maine, it was purchased at an antique shop before I began painting, a lifelong dream, now come true.

I paint with a studio group every Friday, the highlight of my week. We've been together since 2002 and it's an amazingly creative and loving group. I'm a retired US public school teacher(28 years in Kindergarten) and now I have thrown my heart into my two loves, oils and photography. I've been a lifelong artist, but only in retirement have I managed to really do what I have always yearned to.
