Hours have been spent lovingly painting (by him) and patiently stickering (by me) and its finally ready to race in the penultimate round of the season this Sunday.

Not the real life size thing I'm glad to say only a scale model - but just as much time, effort and money goes into it especially as my son does it aswell, his is the green and orange car behind.

How many times do I have to convince them " its not the winning but the taking part that counts" - you wouldn't think so in our house on a Sunday night if its not gone well that day.
