Christian Aid Book Sale

It was heaving on their first day. Many , many books, all different subjects, great to browse round. Only came away with 4, so not that bad.

It would have been so easy to stay in today, under the covers watching t.v , but I forced myself to get out. I hate days like this, feeling numb, spaced out and teary. I don't want to go down that slippery slope as I've been ok for a while.
I'll let myself switch the t.v on and let the evening unfold.
Tomorrow is another day.
