Cakes of soap

Took Dee-Ann to scarborough today , on the way back we stopped off in whitby for an hour . At the bottom of the 199 steps (wouldn't have seen them if they were at the top) was this shop selling fancy soap cakes presumably they are for parents who want to discretely wash their sweary kids mouth out with soap.
