The Brier Rose

This is what my town is named after, Brierley Hill, once famous for Steel and Glass manufacture, now we have no Steel and very little glass cristal.

Not much of a picture post card but what the hell, everyone walks past it and takes no notice what so ever. I even know the guys who fabricated this sculpture as they did work for me at one time.

This is situated outside the town hall and police station, on the high street, and it needs a coat of paint to bring it back to its former glory.
