A day doing nothing

Today was our first day at the Bluebay Villas Doradas, Dominican Republic.

After working ever so hard over the last few months, Cyclops and I spent the day doing very little.

This is the view from a poolside four poster bed, where I sat about and read a whole book in one sitting. What a luxury! The book I read was In a league of their own by Millie Gray - a woman I met through work and who has written two books about growing up in Leith.
