Dandelion Clock

The dandelion clock is a very strange clock.
It doesn't say tick, and it doesn't say tock.
It hasn't a cuckoo. It hasn't a chime.
I don't think it can really, tell me the time.

I've been impressed by other blipers efforts with the dandelion clock, so thought I'd have a go especially as they're right outside the front door. My original thoughts had been along a more shallow depth of field moving from sharp focus in the centre to blurry fuzziness on the outside, but as you see things don't always work out as planned.
