Blip 101.2

We got a letter from the cooncil because they removed one of our for sale signs and I phoned them up to complain. It was on private property so I didn't think they had any business nicking it - but they had a letter and a photo and a map so they must be right...

Anyway I had to speak to about ten different people before I could find anyone willing to speak to me in a remotely decent manner.

West Lothian cooncil - they won the UK Best Council 2006 and gave all their employees an extra day's holiday. (All 12,000 of them). And this year they got Charter mark award (for customer service - ha!). Another day's annual leave...

So a late submission for the 101 assignment... West Lothian cooncil.
