Blue buoys

These are just next to this one that I blipped earlier. I think that 72 NCN stands for the national cycle network route that it stands next to, but I haven't discovered ....oh wait, stop press, I think it may mean regional cycle route 10 (or perhaps Reivers Cycle Route 10). Well, there's a problem solved before you realised it was one. Wish they were all that easy!
