NATURE ON THE CITY'S DOORSTEPS

My beloved hometown has the blue fjord but also green hills. The Norwegians love hiking and skiing, so the forest is a true recreation for us.

The white building in front is our new opera. We walk for a stroll on the roof to admire the view.

The floating sculpture is the one our Queen Sonja was admiring when I photographed her for some days ago.

The long pink building is my former workplace. And the long yellow building in the park is the royal palace.

Did you know that this is the view Edvard Munch was painting in his famous painting Scream? The Munch museum will be moved from my neighborhood down to the opera area.
