Lamb!

Apologies for another food blip!

Go on, chuck some lamb rack chops in a ziploc bag, pour some olive oil in the bag. A table spoon or so of crushed garlic, and a shake of rosemary, a shake of oregano (or a couple of sprigs of each if you are prepared enough to have fresh) and pinches of salt and pepper follow that. Close the bag, then give them a bit of a massage.
Leave for 15 minutes or so then chuck them on the barbecue until you like the look of them.

Not exactly haute cuisine, but fingerlickin good!
