Ghost car?

Spotted this out the window today...never seen this car before and can't imagine why anybody would wan't to cover it up, it's not like keeping it under wraps for half a day is shielding it from the rain or sun....

Eitthvað kaggakvikindi á bílastæðinu fyrir utan heima, undir ábreiðu?? Hvers vegna geymir einhver bíl á bílastæði fjölbýlis í hálfan dag undir ábreiðu? Ekki eins og það verji hann mikið gegn sól eða rigningu....
