I lost me mojo!!!!

This was meant to be a fine collection of picture perfect cupcakes iced in pretty colours and an eat-me-now victoria sponge with jam and cream ... however, 12 sunken cupcakes and 4 binned sponge cakes later its a different picture altogether. Where did it all go wrong??
