The good, bad and ugly of home improvement.

Many good things. Foremost being its my landlord doing all the actual labor. So I get to enjoy the improvement without sweating!
The bad. Makeshift steps leading to our door as the real ones get fixed. Having workmen at my house. The smell of paint.
The ugly. Aforementioned workmen sweating with their shirts off. Piles of discarded wood and paint cans in the yard.
