It was a total scorcher today. We spent the night in Edinburgh at a somewhat dubious B&B after going to the Crowded House gig last night.

Spent the morning wandering around Merchiston, Brunstfield and Marchmont while waiting for my car to get a temperamental seat belt reel replaced at the Alfa garage.

I did manage to buy 2 pairs of new running shorts after the horror the other evening of finding that my old ones were too tight even with the elastic at full stretch. Long run tomorrow methinks........
