Anniversary supper at 21212 #Edinburgh

An extraordinary meal tonight to celebrate our anniversary, but also to try this restaurant for the first time. The food was all lovely, quite unlike any other combinations we'd tried before.

This dish is described as:
Slow baked baby halibut with an assiette of aubergine, tomat, garlic, a little ragout of apple, pistashio and currants, celery, white asparagus, onion and saffron, very fresh garden chives soubise

Attentive service from the staff who were knowledgeable and more accessible than many Michelin starred restaurant staff.
