Loving the sunshine

Another fabulous sunny day!

Bit of diy stuff, then back home and afternoon spent sat on patio planning house improvements.

Dawning realisation that our house is not really big enough for us, so after looking on the internet at a multitude of properties, we decided we couldn't find anything with the character we want, in an area we liked at a price we could afford/justify paying.

So started on plans to add rooms and knock walls down and use loft etc.... Total estimated cost is horrendous!

Time for plan C (win the lottery).
