Middle Age

Well, life is a brief moment in time....

Another glorious day, no clouds and plenty of sunshine, there was wind and so my lovely poppy looked decidedly middle aged by the time the sun went down. She is the oldest of the lot and is already sporting her old lady hat, all her stamen have dropped and she is rather determinedly holding on to her last two petals.

Spent evening tidying up the village in preparation for the Fastnet Short Film Festival 2010. Banners were stretched across the Main St. and all the shops have been suitably renamed. This is second year of the festival and we are hoping for a wonderful weekend. Hopefully there will be many blippable opportunities.
