Pot stuff

I am not much of a plantsman, so it was with some trepidation that I took on six succulent cuttings from a friend who has a wonderful collection of her own.

That was around six weeks ago and so far I have only killed one. Four are flourishing and the fifth, a kind of beaded thingy, hasn't changed one jot, though it is still green, so I assume still alive...

All of which is how I came to be re-potting one plant into the vacant pot of its deceased cousin on my dining room table.

I was so amused by the headline I opened this paper at, I rushed out and got the camera.
